Vikram Rajan talks about FEURICH 179 – Dynamic II
Vikram Rajan on the FEURICH 179 – Dynamic II: Simply a pleasure!
Born in Lybia, raised in India, lived in the USA, studied in Vienna––Vikram Rajan’s journey has brought him along an interesting path. After studying at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, he focussed on his career as a concert pianist while teaching at the music school Spielstatt in Vienna.
After recording the Chopin Nocturne Op. 27, Nr. 2, Vikram Rajan analysed the FEURICH 179 – Dynamic II
“When you step on the stage as a pianist––at a concert or competition––you just don’t know what you are going to get. This piano is a pleasant surprise and I realised that I had quickly become totally relaxed… You get the feeling that you can easily and precisely control the sound. In the treble, the sound is pure and clear––perfect for such a delicate piece like the Chopin nocturne. The dynamic is very light but also very powerful. Playing this piano is simply a pleasure“.
