What is the Bluetooth code? Use the code 8888 to connect an external device to the piano’s speakers.
The piano no longer powers up: Check that the blue light on the external power supply is lit.
The piano is on, but no sound comes out of the speakers: Check that you have not left a 6.35/3.5 jack adapter in one of the three headphone jacks (1 behind and 2 under the keyboard on the left).
How long is the warranty period of the piano? The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Where can I find the serial number required to register for the piano courses? The serial number can be found on the type plate on the back of the piano.
