Una vez barraje, clavijero y asiento de la tapa arm\u00f3nica han sido encolados, las m\u00e1quinas CNC se encargan de difinir la curvatura deseada y el posicionamiento de las costillas. El origen del sonido perfecto<\/h3>\n

Solo se utilizan cuerdas de alta calidad fabricadas por las marcas Paulello y R\u00f6slau, prestando especial atenci\u00f3n al encordar los instrumentos de manera uniforme.<\/p>\n

Para los bajos se usa el mejor cobre. Maquinas construidas especialmente entorchan las cuerdas con un alto grado de precisi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

Afinaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n

Clavijas perfectamente distribuidas como resultado de una planificaci\u00f3n exacta y un dise\u00f1o cuidadoso, posibilitan una afinaci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil y de larga duraci\u00f3n. La primera de ellas lleva las cuerdas r\u00e1pidamente al tono deseado, colocando el intrumento bajo tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Seguidamente se da el toque final al mueble. Mac\u00e1nica y teclado se ponen a prueba en la m\u00e1quina de \u00abtoque autom\u00e1tico\u00bb y como acci\u00f3n final, el piano es regulado a afinado una vez m\u00e1s antes de ser empacado al vac\u00edo, en papel con superficie de aluminio, evitando el ingreso de la humedad al interior del instrumento. <\/p>\n
